"Wonderful blog!" Thanks, Claudia for the kind words and to each and everyone one of you that visits my blog! Claudia if you will please mail me your snail mail address, I'll get those goodies in the mail for you. I haven't had many of my "creations" to post lately getting ready to go out of town and all. We are heading up to Knoxville, TN- both Dan and my hometown. We celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary last night (yes, I had to work all night) but are planning on actually going out while we are in Knoxville and let the gparents watch the kiddies. Dan and I actually went to the same high school then started dating when we were in college at the University of Tennessee (Go Vols !!!!!) We dated for about 3 1/2 years, went our separate ways, married other people, divorced and got back together 11 years later. Our families never gave up on wishing we were together. He is truly my solemate, my best friend and the best man I know!

Anyway, due to my extremely busy schedule, I thought I would post a card that we did for our last technique using Pearl Ex. We used the Luminous Pearls , that is describe in Beate's tutorial by mixing True Blue Pearl-Ex with Lumiere paint in Pearl White. The background in Gable Green CS run through my CB then painted with Julee at Poetic Artistry technique for homemade "stickles." It is definitely a foo foo card but the members of the technique club really seemed to like it. Many of them got to experience the CB for the first time (I don't usually demo anything that is not SU but this time I made an exception) and loved it!!!!! I must start getting my family ready for our trip. I am going to do my best to stay in contact with everyone while I'm gone but until my return (next, Friday)....Take care!
Luminous Pearl card recipe:
Stamps: In Full Bloom
Paper: Gable Green, Pretty in Pink, Whisper White, Glossy White
Ink: Staz-on Black, Stampin' Write markers is Gable Green, Green Galore, Pretty in Pink, Pink Passion
Supplies: Pearl Ex, Lumiere, stipple brush, Crystal Effects, Soft Subtles beads, Dazzling Diamonds, Narrow Organdy White ribbon, CB
